Trailer Ramp Expanded-Metal Replacement & Gate Reinforcement

A customer brought their landscape trailer to JH Tig Works LLC in Collinsville, TX for trailer ramp repair after the rear ramp began flexing and the expanded metal started pulling away from the frame. We straightened the damaged gate, replaced the failing expanded metal, and added steel reinforcement to create a stronger, more rigid trailer ramp.

This project included trailer ramp welding, expanded-metal replacement, gate reinforcement, straightening, and steel fabrication at our Collinsville shop. The hinges, latches, and welded connections were also checked and reworked as needed to restore proper alignment and operation.
