Equipment Trailer Deck Reinforcement & Crossmember Welding

A customer brought their steel equipment trailer to JH Tig Works LLC in Collinsville, TX for trailer repair after experiencing excessive deck flex and weak crossmembers. We reinforced the trailer by welding new steel crossmembers and transverse supports throughout the deck, improving load distribution and strengthening the trailer frame.

This project included steel trailer welding, crossmember replacement and reinforcement, structural welding, and equipment trailer repair at our Collinsville shop. The finished trailer had a stronger, more rigid deck designed to better handle skid steers, tractors, equipment, and everyday workloads.
