Equipment Trailer Deck Reinforcement & Crossmember Welding – North Texas & Southern Oklahoma

This heavy-duty equipment trailer had too much deck flex and several weak bays. I fabricated and welded new transverse supports across every span, tying each stiffener into the main frame rails and existing crossmembers for better load distribution. Welds were cleaned and aligned, wiring protected, and all hardware re-torqued. The upgrade delivers a stiffer, safer deck that handles skid steers, tractors, and pallets without bounce or racking.
