Custom Hydraulic Pig Chute Fabricated for Livestock Handling

JH Tig Works LLC designed and fabricated this custom hydraulic pig chute for The Zend: Final Farm & Sanctuary in Justin, TX. This custom livestock handling system was built to safely and efficiently manage pigs during routine care and animal handling operations.

The chute was built on a mobile trailer platform and features a 12-volt double-acting hydraulic lift system, welded steel construction, and full-swing gates for easier loading, unloading, and animal access. The hydraulic design allows the chute to be raised and positioned as needed while maintaining a strong, stable platform.

Because this was a completely custom fabrication project, the chute was designed around the sanctuary's specific needs rather than relying on a standard off-the-shelf livestock chute.
