A customer’s heavy-duty equipment trailer was experiencing deck flex and weak crossmembers. I reinforced the entire trailer by welding new transverse supports across every span, strengthening load distribution and stabilizing the frame. After aligning, cleaning, and protecting all welds, the result was a stiffer, safer deck ready to handle skid steers, tractors, and daily workloads without bounce or racking.
