Aluminum Horse Trailer Conversion

JH Tig Works LLC provides custom horse trailer conversions and modifications for customers who need an existing livestock or cattle trailer adapted for safely hauling horses. This project involved converting a steel cow trailer into a functional horse trailer with a redesigned interior layout, reinforced components, and a padded divider system.

The interior was modified to provide better positioning, separation, and protection for the horses during transport. Custom steel fabrication allowed the divider and supporting components to be built specifically around the existing trailer rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all system.

JH Tig Works LLC can fabricate custom dividers, gates, brackets, padding supports, interior framing, storage systems, and other components for horse and livestock trailers. Existing trailers can also be repaired and modified at the same time to address damaged or weak areas before returning them to regular use.
