Custom Metal Letter Sign – Large-Scale Fabrication for Outdoor Display in North Texas & Southern Oklahoma

For this project, I was contacted by a local wedding venue to design and fabricate a large-scale custom metal letter sign for an outdoor display. Built from precision-formed steel, each letter was carefully laid out and welded to ensure consistent spacing, proper alignment, and long-term structural integrity.

The open-frame design allows for a bold visual presence while keeping the structure lightweight and durable for exterior use. This installation was engineered to withstand weather exposure while maintaining clean lines and a professional appearance, making it ideal for public displays, venues, and commercial properties.

This project highlights my ability to fabricate oversized custom metal signage with accuracy, durability, and attention to detail—from concept through installation.
